Refund Policy

We thank you for shopping at HaynCloset. We take great pride in providing you with an order that has been meticulously checked and packaged. On the rare occasion that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send us a message via our contact page here to let us know.

 

We only offer an exchange for any item purchased from our website. For hygiene reasons, this does not include jewellery, gloves and face masks.

 

We do not offer refunds on any item unless there is clear evidence that the received order has manufacturing damage. 

 

For returns and refunds, a request must be sent to hayncloset@gmail.com. Please attach proof to the email for refund requests. All item(s) should then be returned to us within 3 days of receiving the order. If we added a gift to the order, please ensure to return it too. No refund or return will be processed if we receive items back without receiving an email prior to it. 

Please ensure that the item(s) returned to us meet the following conditions:

 

1. Must be in the same condition (unworn, unwashed) and in the same intact package it was in. It should also have the swing tag non-damaged. If an order was eligible for free items and was added to it, the gifted items will also have to be returned in the same condition they were sent in.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds and exchanges of any item that has a perfume smell or other clear evidence that it has been used, and if the procedures stated above have not been followed.

In the unfortunate circumstance that a customer does not comply with our return policy and we have to return the item back to the customer, a shipping fee will have to be paid. Failure to do so, the return will remain on hold.

Refunds do not include the shipping fees. If the order was subject to free-shipping, we will deduct the shipping cost from the refund.

For international delivery, the customs or import charges will be the customer's responsibility once the package reaches their country of destination. These charges will be the customer’s responsibility. These charges will not be refunded.
