How long will it take to receive my order?

During normal seasons, we dispatch an order within 24 hours after being received. This can take up to 48 hours in busy seasons.

Please note, if an order is made on a Saturday or Sunday, it will be dispatched on the following Monday.

All our parcels are sent via Royal Mail in the UK. For international delivery, parcels are sent with Fedex and Parcelforce.

Delivery can take 3-5 working days from when the order is dispatched. Please note that the time is not guaranteed and may be subject to delays due to the courier.

These prices are for one abaya and for guidance only. The correct price for your order will be given at check out.

 

I entered an incorrect delivery address when placing my order, can I amend it?

If the order has not been dispatched yet,  you can let us know by sending us a message providing the order number, the correct address and we will send it to the correct address. Send us a message via our contact page here.

 

I would like to return my order. What is your return policy?

We thank you for shopping at HaynCloset. We take great pride in providing you with an order that has been meticulously checked and packaged. On the rare occasion that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send us a message via our contact page here to let us know.

 

We only offer an exchange for any item purchased from our website. For hygiene reasons, this does not include jewellery, gloves and face masks.

 

We do not offer refunds on any item unless there is clear evidence that the received order has manufacturing damage. 

 

For returns and refunds, a request must be sent to us via email to hayncloset@gmail.com. Please attach proof to the email for refund requests. All item(s) should then be returned to us within 3 days of receiving the order. No refund or return will be processed if we receive items back without receiving an email prior to it.

 

Please ensure that the item(s) returned to us meet the following conditions: 

1. Must be in the same condition (unworn, unwashed) and in the same intact package it was in. It should also have the swing tag non-damaged. If an order was eligible for free items and was added to it, the gifted items will also have to be returned in the same condition they were sent in.

 We reserve the right to refuse refunds and exchanges of any item that has a perfume smell or other clear evidence that it has been used, and if the procedures stated above have not been followed.

In the unfortunate circumstance that a customer does not comply with our return policy and we have to return the item back to the customer, a shipping fee will have to be paid. Failure to do so, the return will remain on hold.

Refunds do not include the shipping fees.

For international delivery, the customs or import charges will be the customer's responsibility once the package reaches their country of destination. These charges will be the customer’s responsibility. These charges will not be refunded.
