How long will it take to receive my order?
During normal seasons, we dispatch an order within 24 hours after being received. This can take up to 48 hours in busy seasons.
Please note that if an order is made on a Saturday or Sunday, it will be dispatched on the following Monday.
All our parcels are sent via Royal Mail in the UK. For international delivery, parcels are sent with Fedex or Parcelforce.
Can I return or exchange my order?
For returns and refunds, a request must be sent via email to hayncloset@gmail.com. Please attach proof to the email for refund requests. All item(s) should then be returned to us within 3 days of receiving the order. No refund or return will be processed if we receive items back without receiving an email prior to it.

I entered an incorrect address when placing my order, can I amend it?
If the order has not been dispatched yet, you can let us know. Send an email providing the order number, the correct address and we will send it to the correct address. Email us on

Dua when wearing new clothes
Abu Sa‘id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) said:
When the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) put on a new garment, he would mention it by name, whether it was a chemise or a turban, then he would say: “Allahumma laka al-hamd, anta kasawtanihi, as-aluka min khayrihi wa khayri ma suni‘a lah, wa a'udhu bika min sharrihi wa sharri ma suni‘a lah. (O Allah, to You be praise, You have clothed me with it. I ask you for its good and the good of that for which it was made, and I seek refuge in You from its evil and the evil of that for which it was made).” (Narrated by Abu Dawud (no. 4023); classed as sahih by Ibn al-Qayyim in Zad al-Ma'ad (2/345), and by al-Albani in Sahih Abi Dawud.)
